Life is comprised of relationships!  The success we enjoy or the failure we experience often will be surrounded by a relationship to some degree.  True leaders understand this and because they do, they value relationships and spend time nurturing each one of them.  If you desire greatness for yourself and for your ministry then you must work diligently at healthy and growing relationships.

–  Speak kindly to people.

–  Smile at people.

–  Call people by their name.

–  Be friendly and helpful.

–  Be real and authentic.

–  Show interest in people.

–  Be generous with praise.

–  Be considerate about the feelings of others.

–  Be thoughtful of the opinions of others.

People want to be heard. Value their opinion even if you don’t agree.
