Conference SPEAKERS

In May 2010, Rich was elected to serve as the 12th SoCal Network Superintendent.

Rich continues to champion church planting and moving the SoCal Network forward with the vision of empowering healthy churches that are making an impact in their Southern California communities.

Rich earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies at Southern California College in 1978, and a M.A. in Church Leadership at Southern California College in 1987, now known as Vanguard University.

Rich and his wife, Coni, have been married since 1978 and have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
Doug Clay will be the guest speaker for the Thursday evening Ordination Service on May 14th.

Pastor Doug serves as the General Superintendent for the Assemblies of God in the US and leads this fellowship, which is the largest Pentecostal denomination in the world.  The US AG has over 13,000 congregations with over three million adherents.

Previously, Pastor Doug served as General Treasurer, superintendent of the Ohio District, and pastored in Toledo, Ohio.  He also served as the AG national youth director, the Ohio youth director, and youth pastor in Ohio and Iowa.

Pastor Doug has a passionate love for the local church; he is a church health enthusiast
and he effectively equips leaders to grow in their calling.

He and his wife, Gail, have two grown daughters and eight grandchildren.
Solomon Wang is currently the President of Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio, Philippines.  APTS is the foremost regional Pentecostal-Charismatic seminary, serving the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
 
Solomon grew up in Kolkata, India, the son of refugees from China and Bhutan. He studied at St. Xavier’s of Kolkata, Bethany University in California, Wheaton Graduate School in Illinois, and finally completed his PhD from The University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
 
Solomon and his wife, Lori, have spent 5 years pastoring together in the United States and served over 30 years in various ministry capacities in India, Ukraine, and Bhutan. Solomon has served as Vice-President of Convoy of Hope – FeedOne division. Solomon has also served as the president of Buntain Theological College in Kolkata, India; and president of Evangel Theological Seminary in Kiev, Ukraine.
 
Solomon is fun-loving and likes to travel. His passion is preaching and seeing lives changes at the altars. Solomon and Lori have three grown children, all residing in the United States.
Dr. Allen Tennison will be speaking Thursday morning, May 14th, at 9:30 am.  He currently serves as a theological advisor to the national leadership of the Assemblies of God in Springfield, Missouri.

Dr. Tennison has served in pastoral ministry for over 15 years in the Midwest and on the West Coast.  He has also worked in higher education for over 20 years, as both a professor and dean.

Dr. Tennison and his wife Rhonda, formerly with US Missions, have been married for 15 years, have one eleven-year old son, and serve as foster parents.
