“If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves;
But when they attend to what He reveals, they are most blessed.”

I've often said that every pastor leads two churches: the church that is and the church that is not yet. The same is true of every organization. Vision is born in the "not yet" —seeing by faith what God desires to accomplish before it becomes reality.
At the SoCal Network, we believe that vision is fulfilled through three priorities: planting new churches, strengthening existing churches and provide leadership and support effectively.
Southern California is home to more than 25 million people, and millions have yet to experience the hope found in Jesus Christ. They come from every nation, language, generation, and culture. They are our mission field, and reaching them is why we exist.
Church planting remains one of the most effective ways to share the gospel because every new church is uniquely positioned to serve the community God has called it to reach. By engaging people in their own neighborhoods and cultures, new churches create meaningful opportunities for lives to be transformed by Jesus.
At the same time, we are committed to helping every existing church become healthier and more effective. A healthy church is one that is making disciples, seeing people come to faith, celebrating lives changed through water baptism, developing leaders, impacting its community, and living with a passion for local and global missions.
The SoCal Network is committed to equipping pastors and churches through leadership development, coaching. and practical ministry resources. While tools and training are valuable, our greatest dependence is on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, who alone brings lasting transformation.
We support and lead in a different manner. The past methods in an organization would guide from the “top down” (flow chart). Our God given method is from the “inside out” (galaxy).
You can see below that using this method means ministry can take place quicker and more efficiently by spreading authority and ministries under those with giftings in each area. Everyone feels that they are cared for, needs are taken care of without communications breakdowns and it opens the door for more participation on a leadership level in the SoCal Network.
Our prayer is that every church in the SoCal Network would become a life-giving, multiplying church-reaching people far from God, strengthening believers, and making a lasting Kingdom impact throughout Southern California and beyond.
